Adds a new component reference page documenting
<Variation>, a MDX component that conditionally shows content based on a reader-selected variation (region, plan, audience, etc.), along with the newvariations.optionsfield indocs.json. The switcher, config, and behavior are currently supported on the Willow theme. Pages are added in English, Spanish, French, and Chinese, with matching navigation updates. Adds reference documentation for the
VariationMDX component and thevariations.optionsfield indocs.json, so authors can ship one page with audience-, region-, or deployment-specific sections without duplicating pages.The new
components/variation.mdxpage explains Willow-only setup, wrapping content withis(string or array), reader switching via sidebar/changelog UI,?variation=<id>URLs, per-project local storage, and TOC filtering (including nested intersection).
