The renderer's preview viewer has no reliable "content changed" signal to reload on — the card only carried `updated` (a human string from metadata.json mtime) and `fileCount`, neither of which reflects an in-place file edit. Add `mtime` = max mtime across the artifact's content files (disk-derived, so it changes the instant any file is rewritten, independent of metadata.json / ENG-372). The renderer uses it as a cache-buster + reload key (cowork PR). Co-authored-by: Claude Opus 4.8 (1M context) <noreply@anthropic.com>
