[Feature]: [UI mode] Allow running selected tests in parallel #35550
It would be nice if we could select multiple tests in the UI to run in parallel. In my use case, I have many tests grouped by test.describe() by scenarios or business logic, but often I only want to run selected ones; i.e. for debugging, etc.
The available options I am familiar with don't quite do it:
- Specify some tests in cli command, then run all those tests with the top Run btn
- Run a whole describe() block
- Run selected tests one by one
- Reorganize the tests by adding more describe()s, test.only(), test.skip(), etc.
Example
here's a rough image
Motivation
When I need to run only selected tests from UI mode, I run them one by one, but it would save some time to run them in parallel, not having to re-organize them in the code etc.
(I have searched existing issues but didn't find anything like this. Sorry in case it's a duplicate)
