Session Description

Join our workshop for IT administrators and platform owners managing Microsoft Copilot and custom agents built in Copilot Studio Lite and Copilot Studio. Learn to govern lifecycle processes, control costs, reduce agent sprawl, enforce access policies, configure analytics, and align agent provisioning with business priorities. Gain tools and strategies for scaling responsibly across departments while ensuring clarity, compliance, and cost efficiency.
