Contains two changes:
add tags to SubOrchestrationCreatedEvent. This change is needed to keep protos and DT.Core in sync, see corresponding PR at Add Tags to SubOrchestrationInstanceCreatedEvent Azure/durabletask#1293.
add several fields to ExecutionRewoundEvent, so that the DTS backend can replace a purged suborchestration during rewind. These fields are only used by DTS backend.
