In addition to the usual weekly/dependency updates (including chart.js 4.4.9 and luxon 3.6.1), this sets
editor.defaultFormatterforhtml. This overrides different user-scope settings (e.g. I started using Prettier for HTML in other repos, but that would reformat the Status Chart).
