Status Chart: Weekly updates, simplify tsconfig

In addition to the usual weekly/dependency updates, this simplifies a couple of tsconfig options that were redundant:

• module=nodenext implies esModuleInterop=true.
  • https://www.typescriptlang.org/tsconfig/#esModuleInterop
• forceConsistentCasingInFileNames now defaults to true.

  • Change default newLine, forceConsistentCasingInFileNames TypeScript#52298
