Adds a new option,
exclude_external. This specifies external stylesheets that should be completely excluded from preload strategies. When a stylesheet matches an exclude_external pattern, its<link>element is removed entirely, but its critical CSS is still inlined. This can be useful for large utility stylesheets or a tailwind safelist, where the goal is to include only the styles that are used in the document.
