This is the final revision of rcsparse that supports Python 2 and does not support Python 3.x. * cvs2svn_rcsparse/common.py, cvs2svn_rcsparse/texttools.py: Remove trailing white space * cvs2svn_rcsparse/common.py, cvs2svn_rcsparse/debug.py, cvs2svn_rcsparse/default.py, cvs2svn_rcsparse/texttools.py : Bump copyright years * cvs2svn_rcsparse/run-tests.py : Update/remove old Tigris.org references Those changes are made by @cmpilato
This is the only revision of rcsparse that supports both of Python 2 and Python 3, however not tested well, and obviously don't support non-ascii metadata.

This is the only revision of rcsparse that supports both of Python 2 and Python 3, however not tested well, and obviously don't support non-ascii metadata.
I think this PR don't affect any function on Python 2.
