test case for go-sql-driver#602

still don't really get why it requires 2 tables ... can't reproduce it with a single table ...
same for why it needs to be an >=256 int ...

I added the DROP TABLE IF EXISTS test2 everywhere where there was previously only test, not sure if that's desired but seemed more consistant than not doing it ...
