Motivation and Context / Related issue
Reference - #380. Fixes multiple misspellings such as DPOptimzer to DPOptimizer, Deafault to Default, Implicity to Implicitly, and many more. As well as minor grammar cleanups in the surrounding docstrings. I did all this while ensuring I made no functional changes to the code itself.
