This PR adds the distributed_qml_cc paper reproduction in papers/distributed_qml_cc, including implementation, configs, tests, notebook, and result artifacts.
Validation
Ran from the paper directory:
PYTHONPATH=. python3 -m pytest -q tests13 passed
