tweakToolSwitch auto switching to shovel

Prism launcher 1.21.11
All default settings, when mining a block, tool automatically siwtches to shovel no matter what the block is. the tools have no enchantments and all same rarity.

Correction, it switches to the first tool in my inventory

Can second this, on Fabric on 1.21.11, Minecraft launcher. Tweakeroo version 0.27.5.
toolSwitch auto switches to the first tool it finds in the hotbar, no matter the targeted block.

I tried getting rid of every mod i had and it still does this

Ok wait i may have found a fix
toolswappreferfortuneoverride fixes it for whatever reason
i dont think you have to use the same settings as me idk i didnt test that
