dockerizing build of SideBand.
Current state is in between, many things working, final artifact not produced.
TODO:
1, getting info how is this repo depending on Reticulum and other projects
2, how to build artifact properly
3, set up path in docker to produce artifacts on disk
4, perhaps link this docker to other projects too
