This includes BLE support for this interface, which is based on Mark's
implementation in RNodeInterface. Although I had my own implementation, it was
unreliable sometimes, along with being different. Hence, this interface has
been reworked with Mark's instead.
Tested on my fork of Sideband, where it works well.
