Chapter 05 of the DeployLog manual cites this repository (51 claims). A verify run checks only the claims citing the repository it runs in, so until this workflow exists those claims are verified by no push anywhere (seen 2026-08-25 from the deploylog repo: 51 unmapped). Same file as the deploylog repo's manual-check.yml: mode verify, project deploylog, fail-on left at none. The DEPLOYLOG_API_KEY secret was added on 2026-08-25. Expected first run: the check completes and evaluates zero claims, because this pull request touches no source file chapter 05 cites.
