- Put a colorscheme with more contrast, so we can remove backgrounds and borders, also bring a dark mode. The colors mostly match OpenBSD official sites. - Drop OpenBSD gif, and replace by css coloring - Display an useful message when no search results are found - Fix "Files" horizontal alignment

Hi,
This is my experimental branch i talked about in #2, it mostly modernises ports-readmes-dancer user interface, while keeping its original simplicity:
borders, also bring a dark mode. The colors mostly match OpenBSD
official site's ones.
I had bigger changes originally, but for example hiding the search form behind javascript was an UX mistake.
I tested with firefox, chrome and netsurf.
