This is the documentation of the marbits HPC. Here you'll find information on how to access marbits and run jobs there. This documentation is a good starting point, but all the real-time conversation is happening at the Discussion section. If you have any issue (app request, bug, new user request...) please open a new Issue. Notice that your interactions with the admins and other users will be better if you have a github user. Add yours here. Also consider visiting the website and don't forget to cite marbits and the Marine Bioinformactics Service in your scientific work.
