Remove references to Redis and Qdrant which are no longer used. Update documentation to reflect pgvector for vectors, PostgreSQL SKIP LOCKED for job queue, and LISTEN/NOTIFY for events. Co-Authored-By: Claude Opus 4.5 <noreply@anthropic.com>
