Q Pet (2nd version) is this one, from M&D (makers of the Monon Color)
I have one without the "2nd" text on the box, with a different shape, but no idea if the software is different

In case you're planning to add Wolsen 260 in 1 to this PR, its code appears to be for nes_vt42xx.cpp hardware. However, the dump is 32 MB, so it's probably externally banked.

yeah I'm adding the TeamEurope dumps that were sent. It's difficult to verify where many of them go, so if I get any in the wrong place I'll understand if they get moved.

k10_2l and k10_5l both appear to run on the "unknown" VT SoC currently in nes_vt369_vtunknown.cpp.

a6plus, unsurprisingly given the SPI and SD card, runs on a VT369 or similar SoC with internal sound CPU.

The CPU for FDEK is the H8S/2367 shown on the subboard photo; vectors look valid here. (MAME does not have this exact type yet.)

My Arcade MS Pac Pico runs on Mega Drive-derived hardware.

FDEK isn't one of mine, it was accidentally put in the dumps, it's for somebody else to process

Is a6plus really working? It didn't have the Not Working flag when it was added.

pocketmr is this, and probably needs a better description (it's an old addition, but finally found a box)

rotom2 is this one, and again needs a better description (there are a lot of these 'rotom' themed units)

Neo Pad = Shogakukan no Zukan NEO Pad (小学館の図鑑 NEO Pad)?
