I fixed some small issues. This is mostly fine I think, just these buttons should all align at the bottom of the containers:
If we want the 3 "What we do best" boxes to move up further, I think we can shorten the intro text a bit

I'd say all of those links should be vertically aligned for a cleaner look as well?
