Thanks for the reference. It looks like most of those changes may relate to the code base more than the packaging? I'll see if any of that diff seems to affect this image. |

This will build a docker image with both the magprime and covid plugins.
The github CI pipeline will checkout the magprime plugin into ./ and covid into ./plugins/covid.
From there the docker file will drop both into /app/plugins and install any dependencies.
