From discussion with @gfr10598 regarding the new NDT canary dashboard from @robertodauria .

Notes:

  • If we deploy canary to all sites before all nodes, we want a dashboard option for "all sites".
  • Adding descriptions to the panels will help future "Release Managers" interpret the dashboard.
