Concept

Tracking time on our projects should be simple.

We currently have to to track time for the following reasons:

1. For the client so that projects can internally bill against the budget assigned to them
2. For us to know how much to bill our clients
3. For us and our contractors to have a shared understanding of how many days have been worked so that invoices can be raised and paid easily

The systems currently involved:

1. FreeAgent - Used internally to track time and raise invoices
2. Clarity - Sky system for tracking time.
3. Ariba, system through which invoices should be raised to will be tallied against Clarity.
