Overview
Release 0.6.0 bumps package metadata and the pinned OpenAPI spec to match new API surface area.

API (generated types): Adds optional guide_frame on VideoOptionsParam for image-guided video generation (same ImageRefParam shape as other frame refs). Introduces LayerBounds and optional bounds on layering Layer outputs so clients can place cropped layer pixels back on a full canvas (x, y, width, height, canvas_width, canvas_height).

Dev/CI: scripts/mock and scripts/test read the mock port from STAINLESS_MOCK_PORT (default 4010), wire health checks and cleanup to that port, and set TEST_API_BASE_URL when the env var is set. Generation tests include guide_frame in the all-params create payloads.
