Overview
Release 0.4.0 bumps the CLI and luma-agents-go to v0.5.0 against an updated OpenAPI spec (7 endpoints).

The CLI gains a files command group (create, list, get, complete, delete) for the upload-and-reference workflow. generations create is extended with file_id on media references, layering (uni-1), and new video options including guide_frame, keyframes / keyframe_indexes, plus refreshed help for resolutions such as 360p.

CI now uses the Depot runner for any repo under stainless-sdks/, not only the staging mirror. Local tests and scripts/mock honor STAINLESS_MOCK_PORT (default 4010) and wire TEST_API_BASE_URL when that env var is set; scripts/mock --install pre-installs Steady.
