Question: Evaluate truth table and more

My apologies if my questions are not very intelligent, it is due to lack of documentation.

1. Given a particular set of values for the inputs, is it possible to evaluate the value of a truth table?

2. Input order. Can we change the presentation of inputs ordered from all 0's to all 1's as more intuitive?

3. Is it possible to optimize or minimize a truth table given that some of the inputs are constants?
