Expose options for sort order #23

This is already partially implemented - see https://github.com/lolibrary/sakura/blob/master/app/Helpers/functions.php#L15 and code that references that - but there is no UI component for selecting the sort order, and I believe getting sort order to persist through pagination wasn't working properly.
