Superseeds #8. It splits the post_bug in two functions, one for just posting bugs on R bugzilla and another one for other bugzilla instances.
Still a lot more could be added to the
post_r_bugto ease the process, like using markdown format automatically, detecting if there is no link and no code (and confirming with the user), ...Waiting for a more detailed analysis on https://github.com/llrs/bugzilla_viz before committing more code. Also it would be nice if people could test it around (currently it is hardcoded on the copy from Simon Urbanek).
