Welcome to the Linn's custom install programme

A custom install (CI) system for Linn DS has 3 components:

1. The CI Driver.
   We currently have support for Crestron and Control4.
   Depending on the size of an installation, one or more controllers may be required. See the links above for details.
2. The Gateway Server.
   Some CI platforms have limited processing capacity. Linn DS offers a rich set of functionality that can be challenging to use directly from many CI controllers. To reduce the load on CI controllers, communication with DS units, local media servers, streaming services, etc. is delegated to a separate server. This is installed as part of Kazoo Server on any of Mac, Windows or QNAP and can double as a local media server, handling local audio files.
3. Linn DS.
   Any number of DS units are supported by a single Gateway Server. Larger installations may require additional CI controllers.

You require both a CI Driver and Gateway Server to control a Linn DS.
