Steps to reproduce the bug

1. The issue consistently occurs during the opponent's turn.
2. The issue also appears if a piece was clicked during the previous opponent's turn.
   (I cannot guarantee that these are all the ways to trigger this issue.)

The behaviour is as designed ...

The issue is not that you are clicking. The issue is that you start dragging (may be there is some mouse tuning)

When you start dragging, the image snap to the pointer.

May be there is a way to increase your drag threshold
