Quite a few changes wrapped into one here, mostly explained in the extended commit message. Major impetus for any change was marking Google Play as not recommended and it sort of spiraled from there. Updated the installation process as the Download Stable/Nightly buttons automatically go to the best APK for the vast majority of people. Put the 32/64-bit info into the "Other Versions" section with Buildbot. Removed install instructions for Android versions 7 and below (less than 3% of Android market).

Lots of general language cleanup and organization.

As a separate commit in case you'd prefer to revert, I removed the video embed as it showcases Google Play installation first, which is no longer recommended.

Move Google Play option to bottom and explain why it is not recommended. Dramatically simplify website install process as site selects appropriate (universal) download automatically and Android versions less than 8 account for less than 3% of marketshare. General reorganization and language cleanup. Add a note about 32/64 bit choice in Other Versions section.
Remove video embed that shows no-longer-recommended Google Play install. Separate commit to be easily reverted if preferred.

These changes look fine to me.

While the video covers installation from Google Play, it also showcases the other method. So I'm not sure about that part, and considering the video starts with Google Play, which is sometimes not updated, it's still one of the trusted platforms.
