I design, build and run products end to end — the frontend, the backend, and the infrastructure they sit on. My focus is privacy-first software with optional, bring-your-own-key AI: data stays on the user's device, AI features are opt-in, and there's no telemetry or lock-in. Where it adds value I also wire in AI and web3, but the product — not the buzzword — leads.
