Added the WaveformAndHistBrowser

The WaveformAndHistBrowser derives from the WaveformBrowser and adds in the possibility to draw histograms
on top of the waveforms.
Histograms are created by the respective dspeed processor and are especially used in the SiPM DSP chain.
