docs(QuantumMechanics): add Hilbert space tensor product API-map

Begins an API map for tensor products of Hilbert spaces & moves CompleteTensorProduct into a "tensor product" folder in anticipation of CompletePiTensorProduct, CompleteTensorPower and FockSpace.
