This PR implements the changes requested in #599 by adding a new Awards subpage for 2025 and populating it with the official award recipients.

Non-blocking nit: should we update the copy so it "reads" better. The example below actually follows the slide show used at the awards and imo "reads" better. I think some years we did and some years we did not
