chore: update CRD BundleVersion to main-dev

Update the CRD bundleVersion to main-dev for the main branch. Run the make generate to update the CRD's annotation in the main branch.

This should be merged after #1214.

Think it further, I think we should be able to merge this. Since, #1214 may take a longer time to merge b/c it needs a new release to add the annotation.

after this is merged, by default the conformance report will generate version with main-dev. But w/o this change, it will still have a wrong version which is v1.0.0. We have to manually overwrite it anyway w/o #1214 being merged.
