📖 Add ProviderID to Glossary.

What this PR does / why we need it:

Add ProviderID to Glossary.

This helps to understand the three places where ProviderID exists and how these values are set.

I'm waiting for a github.com member to verify that this patch is reasonable to test. If it is, they should reply with /ok-to-test on its own line.
