This does a preliminary refactor to make FlexNAND support easier to integrate, also group all hardcoded addresses and implement bootloader selection in case other versions are used in future.

This refactors the FSR_F code for some QoL and support for custom bootloaders, then adds Flex separation
support (SLC + MLC) that is present in F-01C for example.
These changes were tested with F-01C dump and successfully mounted the FAT32 partition.
It was also tested with F-05C and F-11C dumps to make sure old SLC only ones still work.
