This title may be misleading since there may be other types of problems with ZIM files that don't belong to the front-end.
In any case I think that it will be more appropriate to move the information on debugging into a separate document DEBUGGING.md and just providing a link to it from here.

Pre-requisite to understand #1378 problem, should have been documented long ago.
