Note that I did very little testing as I only needed this PR to try and build Antlr from within Eclipse. Still, there shouldn't be any regression as it contains only m2e specific configuration. |

The M2E Maven Eclipse plugin requires explicit support from Maven plugins in order to use them when building projects. This pull request adds the required configuration.
