Code Review

This pull request reverts the announcement banner from a KubeCon promotion back to the 'star on GitHub' message. The change is correct and achieves its goal. However, I've noticed that the announcement bar content is not internationalized. It will appear in English for all users, including those browsing the Chinese version of the site. I've added a comment with a suggestion to address this for a better user experience.
