Live-reload TypeScript serverless functions did not work on Lukas PC today. I think it's an error of permission, it seems the inner CLI of the emulator does not watch the deploy folder. When we "forced" it to run, Windows throw an
EPERMerror which might be related toutimes. So we try our luck and we implement a fallback by rewriting the file.
