`application/octet-stream` is compressible?

Currently "application/octet-stream" is defined as compressible. However, "application/octet-stream" is a general MIME type that can be any date type. I wonder it should be false or undefined.

The conclusion I came to a while ago is that it can be compressed, and so far there haven’t been any reports. Have you run into any issues with it?

My understanding is:

• compressible: true means that the MIME type is generally considered compressible.
• compressible: false means that the MIME type is generally considered not compressible.

Since application/octet-stream represents generic binary data without specifying the underlying format, whether it is compressible can vary significantly depending on the actual content. Therefore, I think its compressible value should be undefined, leaving the decision to the application based on the actual data and context.
