Add [Dutch wiki](https://meshwiki.nl/) (and removed default language for dutch website "localmesh.nl")

Removed https://localmesh.nl/, since "localmesh"-sites are some dubious "third party" that auto-registered for many countries. Added Dutch wiki, forum, Telegram and Discord channels.
