about to be replaced by launcher.vbs
This launcher.vbs script runs a hidden powershell window in the background,. It takes one argument (the program path) and executes it asynchronously, then closes.
Runs the program in a click. You can pin it to your taskbar or start menu.

I added webcam.exe which does pretty much the same as launch.bat. The difference is the annoying command editor pop-up doesn't show up in the background anymore.
