Structure

This repository is loosely structured according to a generic analysis pipeline. It contains a few sections:

1. Loading Data
2. Exploring the Data
3. Main Analysis

Contributing this book to the PaleoBooks Gallery:

1. Make sure your repo is public. (This is both part of the mission of PaleoBooks and also a practical necessity on our end for accessing relevant metadata.)

2. Check meta_data/chapter_meta.yml, _config.yml, _toc.yml! In particular, add appropriate thumbnails to thumbnails (specify in chapter_meta.yml) and update the tags associated with each chapter (also in chapter_meta.yml)!

3. Submit a Gallery Submission issue via the PaleoBooks repo (accessible here) using the provided template. As an example, these are the relevant inputs for submitting this book to the Gallery:
