UPDATE TEMPLATE DAPP REACT
Cree este nuevo template con las versiones modernas de React (19.1), web3 (4.16) y OpenZepellin (5.3)
También adicione los paquetes minimos y necesarios como REACT ROUTER DOM, y sin libreria de css para que si decidis aceptar la PR cada alumno instale o boostrap o tailwind en caso de que quiera.
Dejé también un .sol como ejemplo para poder hacer test y pruebas en /contracts
