PIP-seq Analysis

On March 2023, a paper was published on a new single cell RNA sequencing (scRNA-seq). For this project, the paper's analysis was replicated to verify results. In addition, further differentiation analysis was conducted to see how PIP-seq and 10X scRNA-seq compare.
