Upgarded MDL to 1.3.0 Fixed MDL color customization (using config keys in the example config.toml), removed $Scratch, used defaults Fixed default for number of articles on home page (.Site.Params.frontpageposts) Fixed defaults in article list Fixed article "cards" author (displayed on home page) Removed `mdl-color-text--primary-contrast` in post/single.html (with MDL 1.3.0, it was causing white text)
